LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James, he's widely regarded to be the greatest athlete of all time and has often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the best basketball player ever. James is the winner of four NBA Championships, the four NBA MVP Awards and four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He also has 2 Olympic Gold medals. James has earned the second highest number of career goals, and the seventh most assists. James has been named for the NBA All Star team 18 times. This is a record for the NBA that he has been an NBA All-Star for 18 years. Ten NBA Finals is the most ever before, with eight of them in succession from 2011 to 2018; He was also picked to be on The NBA 75th Anniversary team. James has been selected for an NBA 75th Anniversary Team and became the NBA's first player who has scored 10,000+ points as well as rebounds and assists during his professional career, in 2022. James played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national press praised him as an NBA player of the year. As a prep to pro his dream, it was the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the number one overall pick during the NBA draft in 2003. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of Year the player quickly became one of the best league players winning an NBA MVP award in 2010 and 2009.
